2. How to Use This Book
This book is set out in distinct parts, each of which focuses on a specific cluster of topics.
The Introduction sets the scene, presenting my observations of the current complexities and challenges of dating. It also explains the origins of this book, the research behind it, and what sets my approach apart from courses on seduction, pickup artistry, etc.
Part 1 challenges you to assess your readiness to find a romantic relationship. Meaningful, lasting relationships are only formed on solid foundations. Some of us need to work on other aspects of our life before we can achieve romantic success, and this section offers guidance to address this.
Part 2 is the most important, probably the most challenging, and definitely the most rewarding part of the book. To attract women and form lasting relationships, you first need to understand the fundamentals of attraction, and work on yourself to ensure you show up as an authentically attractive human. Skip these steps at your peril! I know it’s hard, but the investment you make in shaping your character in accordance with these lessons will pay dividends in all aspects of your life.
Part 3 deals with some of the more practical matters of dating. We explore the logistics of dating such as strategies to meet suitable women and the practicalities of planning dates, how to build tension and how to escalate beyond friendship to intimacy. This section also offers advice for specific cohorts of men, such as mature men returning to the dating scene after prolonged absence, and introverted men seeking to overcome their social inhibitions.
Although not strictly necessary to achieve dating success, Part 4 shares some secrets of sex that will elevate your bedroom experience to the next level. You will gain insights into concepts that will set you apart from the average guy, and hopefully lead to mind-blowing experiences with the woman of your dreams!
I encourage you to read this book from cover to cover, mark the topics that you need to work on, and keep coming back to them until you gain a sense of mastery in all aspects of dating and attraction.
